Lucozade Summer Promotion

Terms and Conditions

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion.

Promoter

The Promoter is Lucozade Ribena Suntory Ireland Limited whose registered office is 7th Floor Chase Building, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland.

Who May Enter

This free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.
Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

How to Enter

To take part in this Promotion visit www.lucozadesummer.com or scan the QR code on promotional materials in store. You will need to provide your full name, email and phone number. No purchase necessary. Smartphone and internet access required.
You will be asked to select one of two summer-themed visuals (for example, morning swim or evening walk) by pressing a button. You will then be brought to an entry form to fill out your details to complete your entry.
You may also choose to answer the following question (“Response”) when completing the entry form: “What are you looking forward to most this summer?” Please note that answering this question is optional and not required for your entry to be submitted.
The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.
Entrants may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per person per week during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum of five (5) entries in total.
Each valid entry will: (a) be entered into the Weekly Prize draw for the relevant week in which it is received; and (b) be automatically entered into the Main Prize draw.
Only one (1) Main Prize entry per person will be counted, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
The Promoter believes in responsible consumption of its products and does not endorse the purchasing of more product than can reasonably be used or consumed in order to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 15 June 2026. All entries must be received by 23:59 (Irish time) on 31 July 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

Winner Selection and Notification

There will be six (6) winners in total. The winners will be selected at random (by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person) from all complete, correct and eligible entries received.

Weekly Prize draws: One winner will be drawn in each calendar week for the first five weeks of the Promotion Period corresponding to the Weekly Prize applicable to that week. Entries will be entered into the Weekly Prize draw for the week in which they are received only (no rollover). All valid entries will also be entered into the Main Prize draw.

Week 1 prize draw: entries received between 00:01 on 15 June 2026 and 23:59 on 21 June 2026
Week 2 prize draw: entries received between 00:00 on 22 June 2026 and 23:59 on 28 June 2026
Week 3 prize draw: entries received between 00:00 on 29 June 2026 and 23:59 on 5 July 2026
Week 4 prize draw: entries received between 00:00 on 6 July 2026 and 23:59 on 12 July 2026
Week 5 prize draw: entries received between 00:00 on 13 July 2026 and 23:59 on 19 July 2026

Main Prize draw: One winner for the Main Prize will be drawn from all entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The draw will take place after the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, any entrant who has already won a Weekly Prize will not be eligible to win the Main Prize.

The winners will be notified by email or phone within three working days of the relevant draw. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize in total. If an entrant who has already won a Weekly Prize is selected in the Main Prize draw, that entrant shall be disqualified from the Main Prize draw and another winner will be selected at random. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per person and per household.

The target dispatch date for the delivery of prizes is 30 days from an eligible prize claim (and please note that while every effort is made to achieve this target, the circumstances of delivery may render it impractical to do so).

One (1) Main Prize to be won at the end of the Promotion Period: a Killester Travel voucher to the value of €5,000 for a trip to Madrid, Spain for two (2) adults.

At the time of drafting these terms and conditions, the voucher value is estimated to be sufficient to cover return flights from Dublin to Madrid, hotel transfers in Madrid and two (2) nights for two (2) adults sharing in a 5-star Madrid hotel, including breakfast and dinner. Actual travel arrangements, availability and inclusions will depend on the time of booking and the winner's selections.
Should the winner and their guest wish to attend a football match and/or stadium tour, the value of the voucher is, at the time of this Promotion, estimated to cover the cost for two (2) people. However, availability is wholly dependent on time of booking.
The prize excludes all meals other than those stated, alcohol, insurance, personal expenses and any costs not expressly included.
Prizes will be distributed by Mixtape Marketing, Crane House, Dublin Airport Logistics Park, K67P6C9.

The following terms apply to all voucher-based prizes (including the Main Prize and Week 5 Getaway Voucher), unless stated otherwise:

The Promoter's agent shall organise the delivery of the voucher(s) to the winning entrant. The winning entrant is responsible for planning and booking their holiday. Neither the Promoter nor its agent accepts responsibility for the booking of the holiday or any subsequent holiday related activities.
The voucher must be redeemed and travel must be booked and completed between 1 September 2026 and 30 April 2027.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any costs associated with this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
Should the winning entrant not redeem the maximum value of the prize, the remaining balance can be used with the relevant provider at a later date for a purpose not linked to the Promotion, however, no cash equivalent shall be available.
Please note that the voucher-based prizes do not include ancillary costs including, but not limited to, travel to and from the departure airport (as applicable), transfers, food and drink, insurance or visas and any personal expenses, unless such costs are expressly included.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part thereof) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable.
Details of prize winners' names and county will be available for three months after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out above and stating the name and date of the Promotion or by emailing consumer.care@suntory.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available or request that disclosure be limited in scope they should contact the Promoter by emailing consumer.care@suntory.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

Use of Your Response

By submitting your Response, you irrevocably grant a licence (i.e. permission) for the Promoter and its agents and licensees to edit, publish, broadcast and otherwise use your Response for any and all purposes in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity (or, where such a licence is not lawful or enforceable, for up to 50 years from the date the Response is submitted to the Promotion), including, without limitation, on the Promoter's publicly accessible website(s), Instagram page(s), Facebook page(s), TikTok channel(s), X/Twitter feeds, YouTube page(s)/channel(s) and all other media whether now known or hereafter invented (“Permitted Purposes”). For the avoidance of doubt the Promoter may, without limitation, add a soundtrack of its own choosing to your Response and edit/splice it together with other entries.

By submitting your Response, you warrant and undertake that:

you are the legal and beneficial owner of all intellectual property rights in the Response (including all images, footage, music and text submitted by you as part of the entry process), that your Response is your own original work and does not infringe any third party rights;
you have the right to grant the Promoter permission to use your Response in the ways described in these terms and conditions;
your Response does not infringe Irish law or the law in the country in which you are normally resident;
your Response does not, to the best of your knowledge and belief, infringe the law of any other country;
you hereby waive and agree not to assert any moral rights in and in connection with the Response; and
you shall, on request, do such other things and execute such documents as are reasonably requested of you by the Promoter in order to allow the Promoter to use your Response for the Permitted Purposes.

You agree to indemnify the Promoter in respect of any and all third party claims arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of the warranties and undertakings set out in these terms and conditions.

Liability

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under Irish law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter's associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;
damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize;
problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient);
any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winner(s) may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize (except to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility for the same); and
any act, omission or default of any third party supplier.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion and not through agents or third parties. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of a programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void. Incomplete entries will also be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Please note that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok. By entering, you acknowledge that neither Instagram nor TikTok bear any responsibility for this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Instagram and TikTok from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion. You understand that the information you provide is provided to the Promoter (and its affiliates, associates and agents where applicable) and not to Instagram or TikTok.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Personal Details

The Promoter will use each winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Please see our Privacy Policy at lucozadesummer.com/privacy-policy for further details.

If you have opted in, the Promoter (and their respective business partners if applicable) may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS.

The winner(s) agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winner(s) may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter's request.

Irish Law Applies

This Promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions (including the prize(s)).
